Choose the tube diameter around 10 mm larger than the root ball and adjust the depth limiter in advance. To plant, simply drill the tube into the mineral soil at the shock-absorbing handle and flip open the tip in the soil with an adjustable opening angle using the foot lever. Throw in the plant from above, pull off the tube and kick the plant.
